全米ゴルフ協会（USGA）への進捗報告
本日（2026/3/30）、全米ゴルフ協会へ当社が策定した順位決定ルール『コンプリート方式©』の状況について報告しました。
詳細は下記の通りです。
【要旨】
全米ゴルフ協会（USGA）
当社が今年2月12日に作成した順位決定ルールである『The Complete Method©』について、カウントバックを注意書きではなく15番目の要素として表示方法を変更したため、最新の正式ルール文面を送ります。
順位決定ルール『コンプリート方式©』
（ルール内容）
１．18ホールストローク数 グロスによる比較
２．グリーン上でのパッティング数
３．OB（Out Of Bounds）数
４．RPA（Red Penalty Area）数
５．Hole in One数
６．Albatross数
７．Eagle数
８．Birdie数
９．Par数
１０．Bogey数
１１．Double Bogey数
１２．Triple Bogey数
１３．+4以上の各スコアでのホールアウト数を昇順比較
１４．バンカーショットの数
１５．最終ホールからスタートホールまでカウントバック
※上記の好スコア順で順位を決定し、同ルールで順位に優劣がつかなかった場合、プレーオフによる順位決定
※プレーオフにおいても上記ルールで順位決定をする方式
※プレーオフ以降、順位が決定するまで繰り返し
※本方式を採用することで同順位タイがなくなり、全選手の順位を決定することが可能

To United States Golf Association (USGA),
We are writing to provide the latest official documentation for “The Complete Method©,” a definitive ranking and tie-breaking system developed by our company on February 12, 2026.
In this latest version, we have restructured the presentation to formally integrate the “Countback” system as the 15th determining factor, rather than a supplementary note, to ensure absolute clarity in ranking.
Ranking Rules: “The Complete Method©”
Tie-Breaking Hierarchy (Ranking Criteria):
１．Total 18-hole Stroke Count: Comparison of Gross scores.
２．Total Putts: Number of putts on the green.
３．OB (Out of Bounds) Count: Total number of OB penalties.
４．RPA (Red Penalty Area) Count: Total number of RPA penalties.
５．Hole-in-One Count
６．Albatross Count
７．Eagle Count
８．Birdie Count
９．Par Count
１０．Bogey Count
１１．Double Bogey Count
１２．Triple Bogey Count
１３．Frequency of Scores of +4 or Higher: Comparison in ascending order.
１４．Bunker Shot Count
１５．Countback: Successive comparison of scores from the final hole back to the starting hole.
Ranking Determination: Final positions are determined based on the best performance according to the order above. If a tie remains, a Playoff will be conducted.
Playoff Application: The same hierarchical rules apply to determine rankings within any Playoff.
Repetition: This process repeats until a definitive rank is established for every player.
Objective: By adopting this method, “Tied” positions are eliminated, allowing for a comprehensive ranking of the entire field.
