『コンプリート方式©』のアップデートについて

昨日（2026/4/29）、『コンプリート方式©』のルールのアップデート（一部改編）を行い、全米ゴルフ協会へ提案を行いました。具体的詳細は下記の通りとなります。

【概要】 

当社が本年2月12日に策定し、同年2月19日に「公益財団法人日本ゴルフ協会（JGA）」に当社の著作権として提言した順位決定ルールについて、この度、ルールの部分的な改編を行いました。

詳細は以下の通り。

1. 18ホールストローク数 グロスによる比較

2. グリーン上でのパッティング数

3. OB（Out Of Bounds）数

4. 全てのペナルティによる罰打数

5. Hole in One数

6. Albatross数

7. Eagle数

8. Birdie数

9. Par数

10. Bogey数

11. Double Bogey数

12. Triple Bogey数

13. +4以上の各スコアでのホールアウト数を昇順比較

14. バンカーショットの数

15. 最終ホールからスタートホールまでカウントバック

※上記の好スコア順で順位を決定し、同ルールで順位に優劣がつかなかった場合、プレーオフによる順位決定

※プレーオフにおいても上記ルールで順位決定をする方式 ※プレーオフ以降、順位が決定するまで繰り返し

※本方式を採用することで同順位タイがなくなり、全選手の順位を決定することが可能 （作成日：2026/2/12、改訂日：2/19-4/29）

Red Penalty Area 以外のペナルティごと（例：マークなしの状態でのボールピックアップ、使用ボールのプレート中の交換、二度打ち、クラブ本数超過、アンプレイヤブル、誤球、その他ゴルフ規則に定められた全てのペナルティ項目）の数をカウントするのではなく、罰打数の合計をカウントし要素４とする。

理由

①スコア集計の効率化

②アンダーバーの比較の優先順位を落とさないため

上記の改編に伴い、価格調整を行います。

商用利用価格：年600万円（税込）

利用範囲：貴協会が主催する競技においてのみ利用可能

ゴルフ規則（国際基準）への導入：要相談

当社では順位決定ルールとして『Complete Method©」を用いたリーグ形式のゴルフ企画を開催するための法人である「一般社団法人日本ゴルフリーグ連盟」「一般社団法人日本女子プロゴルフリーグ連盟」「一般社団法人日本プロゴルフリーグ連盟」を設立予定です。同連盟での競技運営を通して、『Complete Method©」の普及活動を継続していく計画となっています。国内の業界団体へは、今年のプロテストとQTでの採用を提案しています。ツアーでの導入は来シーズンからを推奨しております（理由：ツアーの参加資格に『Complete Method©」を反映させるため）。 この内容で申込を検討いただける場合は、本年５月中に本メールへご連絡頂きますようお願い致します。

[Overview]

We have partially revised the tie-breaking rules that our company formulated on February 12 of this year and proposed as our copyrighted work to the “Japan Golf Association (JGA)” on February 19. The details of the revision are as follows:

Factor 4

  • Before: “Number of Red Penalty Areas”

  • After: “Total number of penalty strokes from all penalties”

[Tie-breaking Rule: “Complete Method©”]

  1. Total 18-hole gross stroke count

  2. Total number of putts on the green

  3. Number of OBs (Out Of Bounds)

  4. Total number of penalty strokes from all penalties

  5. Number of Holes-in-One

  6. Number of Albatrosses

  7. Number of Eagles

  8. Number of Birdies

  9. Number of Pars

  10. Number of Bogeys

  11. Number of Double Bogeys

  12. Number of Triple Bogeys

  13. Ascending comparison of the number of holes completed with scores of +4 or higher

  14. Number of bunker shots

  15. Countback from the final hole to the starting hole

  • Rankings are determined based on the best scores according to the above criteria. If a tie remains, the ranking will be determined via a playoff.

  • The same rules apply to determine rankings during the playoff.

  • The process repeats until all rankings are determined.

  • By adopting this method, ties are eliminated, making it possible to determine the ranking of every player.

Revision Details regarding Factor 4: Instead of counting individual penalties other than Red Penalty Areas (e.g., picking up a ball without marking, changing balls during a round, double hits, exceeding the club limit, unplayable balls, wrong balls, and all other penalty items defined in the Rules of Golf), the total number of penalty strokes will be counted as Factor 4.

Reasons:

  1. To improve the efficiency of score aggregation.

  2. To ensure the priority of under-par comparisons remains unaffected.

Price Adjustment: Due to the above revision, we are adjusting our pricing.

  • Commercial Use Fee: 6 million JPY per year (tax included)

  • Scope of Use: Limited to competitions organized by your Association.

  • Implementation into International Rules of Golf: Subject to consultation.

Future Plans: Our company plans to establish the “Japan Golf League Federation,” “Japan Ladies Professional Golf League Federation,” and “Japan Professional Golf League Federation” to organize league-style golf events using the “Complete Method©.” We intend to continue promoting the “Complete Method©” through the management of competitions under these federations.

We have proposed the adoption of this method to domestic industry organizations for this year’s professional tests and Qualifying Tournaments (QT). We recommend implementation in the Tour starting from next season (Reason: To reflect the “Complete Method©” in Tour eligibility requirements).
